The Video for "Film at 11"

Have you ever known a band that just seized your attention?  Took control and just blew your mind away?  You're listening to it and you're like, "Wow that's totally awesome!  That's just wicked!"  Of course not, for two reasons.  One, it's no longer 1987 and no one really says 'wicked' or 'totally awesome' like that anymore.  And two, The Worst wasn't that great of a band.

And yet, as a fellow 1980's band might say, "Their legacy remains."

Once consigned to the Abandoned Cardboard Box of Cassette Tapes in My Living Room, "The Worst" have now been digitally converted for the listening "enjoyment" of a brand new generation!  Note I don't say "digitally remastered" because really - I did it with a $5 Radio Shack patch cord using the headphone jack of my tape player.

Finally added a link to Jayne's "Film at 11" video for all of our fans in the navigation bar.  It's hard keeping up with this site.  With 711 visitors over 5 years it takes a lot of love and care.

Word also has it that singer-songwriter Sean penned the new hit single "Best Soundtrack" for the famed gangsta rap quartet Dynamic Vocal Tears, debuted at a local film festival.

Wow - two updates in three years?  It's so hard to keep up with all the fast-moving information on this amazing and extremely popular band.

In latest "The Worst" news, original videographer J Paszko has reportedly stated that the original video for "Film at 11" has not been completely lost, and that she has just simply been spending "the 21 years necessary to complete a video able to match the gentle, subtle beauty of this visionary music."*

An actual update!  P. Kornik, one of the original Fab Four of the Worst has found the site and gives it his "thumbs up."  Or, at least, he's agreed not to sue.  Thanks.  : )

Can a reunion tour of the world (and elsewhere) be far behind??
