About the Play
 
From the program:
"Wilbur wants a bicycle for his birthday, but can't get his father to buy him one.  When his parents go away on a surprise business trip, Wilbur turns the house into a hotel to make the money, figuring that all of the guests will be gone by the time his parents return.  Several strange guests arrive, including a semi-professional wrestler and his coaching wife, an encyclopedic librarian, an elderly woman who never seems to talk, and two bank robbers on the run from the law.  The play really comes alive when Wilbur's parents return early from vacation to find their house suddenly filled with unwanted guests."
